原译：Instead of introducing the method of confiscation, we have adopted a policy of redemption to change the capitalist ownership

改译：Instead of confiscating property to change capitalist ownership, we have adopted a policy of redeeming it

分析：在这几个例子中，“采取.....办法”均没有实质意义，因此只需要翻译“采取”这一动词，从而达到表意目的。
