Example:

He is a qualified accountant.

Acceptable

Definition: 1. Able to be agreed on; suitable. 1.1 Moderately good; satisfactory. 1.2 Pleasing; welcome. 2. Able to be tolerated or allowed. [Oxford Dictionary]（1.可接受的，令人满意的，（大多数人）认同的；2.勉强的，可容忍的，可允许的）

Example:

Children must learn socially acceptable behaviour.
