【求疵笔记】句中有 两个experience，系指同一事物，所以后一个应该用代词that代替，避免重复。或者用which代替，形成定语从句。该网页另一句句子: The number of private cars in urban areas should be limited while the number of public buses should be increased.（城市私人轿车的数量应得到控制而公交车的数量应该增加。）句中第二个the number也应该用代词that代替，第二个should则可以删除。

【求疵笔记】上海有不少小市民什么事都讲究不吃亏，爱占小便宜，汲汲于蝇头小利，上海方言谓之“门门不落空”，但是他们没有大局观，不善审时度势，不敢担风险，所以赚不了大钱。这种情况英语称为penny wise and pound foolish，“便士”聪明，“英镑”愚昧，亦即小事精明大事糊涂。

【修改建议】 Some of small potatoes in Shanghai are penny wise and pound foolish.

景色 越南有着摄人心魄的景色，连绵的群山和美丽的海滩。

【求疵笔记】“景色”在逻辑上包含了“群山”和“海滩”，亦即“景色” 是由“群山”和“海滩”等组成，因此三者不是并列关系，不能用and或or连接。“景色”倒是可以与本文后面提到的“建筑”和“美食”并列。

【修改建议】 Vietnam is a place of breathtaking scenery, with wild mountains and idyllic beaches.

就……看   就目前情况看，工程造价将会超出预算30%。

【中式英语】 With respect to the current situation, the cost of this engineering will exceed 30 percent of the budget.

【求疵笔记】本译文 最大的问题是将原文“超出预算”译作了“超出百分之三十”。打个比方，预算一个亿，工程却用了一亿三千万，这是原文的意思。而译文的意思是工程用了三千万多一点。另外，原文的“工程”是指“工程项目”而不是“工程学”意义上的“工程”。最后，“就……看”不能照搬词典译作with respect to。前者是“判断”的意思，后者是“关于，至于，就.....言，在....方面”。
