评论：一般而言，我们理所当然地认为“readjustment”就应该是“proper”。

改译：We should raise the purchasing prices of grain and cotton, so as to increase the income of the peasants considerably.

评论：我们做一切事情都应该是“appropriately”，就像我们应该总是“do a good job”。
